A Question of Money or Favors...?

Why would ABC spend millions of dollars creating this 5 1/2 hour special?

And then play it without any paid advertisements? Could it be generosity and 'doing the right thing'? Or do they want favors from the current administration for showing them in a good light and the democrats in a bad one?

I am more concerned with why the previous administration The Taliban funds prior to 9/11.
Who cares if ABC looses $30m in advertising funds, that does not amount to what we lost. Fact or partly fiction -so what. The message is the US knew there was a threat and nobody stopped it.

Who cares about the money, why couldn't anyone make a decission to stop it in the 90's? The best decission made was when Bush gave the order to shoot down commercial airlines that may be carrying hijackers and to shoot them down with American civilians on board. That was the ONLY decission the US administration made during the whole movie. At least he had BALLS!
